We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a busy property maintenance team delivering repairs and maintenance services across residential properties in the Ipswich area.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term work with a well-established contractor, offering a consistent workload and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance tasks
- Hanging doors, fitting locks, kitchen repairs and general joinery works
- Completing basic multi-trade tasks including patch plastering, tiling and minor plumbing repairs
- Reactive and planned maintenance works
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Delivering high standards of expertise and customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and property maintenance
- Ability to undertake additional multi-trade duties
- Experience working within social housing or residential maintenance environments desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer-focused approach
