Your new role

As an Electrical Design Engineer you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for a variety of building projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating detailed electrical designs and schematics.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Utilising industry-standard software to produce accurate and efficient designs.
  • Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Typically taking on 3 to 5 projects a year, ensuring each project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Project types include: care homes, hotels, warehouses, and refurbishments.

A degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant electrical experience.

Proven experience in electrical design within the building services industry.
