The firm handles a wide range of commercial disputes and is particularly known for its work in International Arbitration. Cases you could work on include:
- Breaches of contract
- Breaches of warranty
- Valuation disputes
- Accounting treatments
- Investment Treaty disputes
- Post M&A/transaction disputes
- Contract review

- Shareholder / JV disputes
- Funds & asset tracing
In this role, you will be involved in:
- Performing financial, accounting and economic analyses
- Performing business valuations from a contentious/litigious perspective
- Drafting sections of expert reports
- Communicating results to partners and clients
- Interacting with clients and supporting business development activities, including attending networking events
To succeed in this role, you should be newly qualified ACA and have a strong interest in disputes, as this is a Disputes-led practice.
