We are currently seeking an experienced School Administrator to join a busy and welcoming school in Newcastle on a short-term temporary basis.
This is an urgent requirement for a candidate who can hit the ground running and provide immediate administrative support to the school's office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing front-of-house reception support
- Managing telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting attendance and pupil record administration
- Maintaining accurate school data and records
- Assisting with general administrative duties across the school office
- Liaising with staff, parents, visitors and external agencies
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience working within a school environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and school-based systems
Professional and friendly communication skills
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Available to start immediately
