Are you an experienced administrator looking for a part-time role within a busy school environment?
We are currently recruiting for a School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Newcastle on an ongoing temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who can provide effective administrative support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
The Role
- General school administration duties
- Managing emails, telephone calls and visitor enquiries
- Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
- Supporting attendance, admissions and wider office functions
- Using school management systems and Microsoft Office packages
- Providing administrative support to senior leaders and office staff as required
About You
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach
Essential Requirements
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
Ability to start ASAP or from 2nd November
Right to work in the UK
