Multi Skilled Engineer | Newcastle | 16-Week Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join a busy property maintenance team across Newcastle.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled multi-trade operative looking for a 16-week contract with an ASAP start.
The role:
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance
- Working across occupied and void properties
- Completing a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks
- Travelling between properties across the Newcastle area
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Building Maintenance Operative or equivalent
- CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card desirable
- Previous multi-skilled/property maintenance experience
- Own van and tools essential
