An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Cashier to join a friendly and supportive finance team. This role would suit someone with previous legal finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing client and office account transactions
- Bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow
- Managing electronic payments and receipts
- Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules
- Processing invoices and supplier payments
- Assisting with month-end finance duties
- Liaising with fee earners and stakeholders across the business
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Legal Cashier experience
- Strong understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using legal accounting systems is advantageous.
