We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team delivering reactive and planned repairs across residential properties throughout Norwich and the surrounding areas. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering competitive rates, full-time hours, and a consistent workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults
- Repairs to bathrooms, kitchens, pipework, taps and sanitary ware
- Completing minor multi-trade works where required
- Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service within occupied properties
Requirements:
- Relevant plumbing qualification or proven trade experience
- Previous experience within a maintenance environment
- Ability to undertake a range of basic multi-skilled repairs
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
