Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong background in Painting Decorating to join their expanding team. Your new role As a Multi-Skilled Operative, your primary trade will be Painting Decorating, while also carrying out a range of general maintenance and repair work as required.Key responsibilities will include: Internal and external painting and decorating works Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing Wallpaper removal and redecoration Basic repairs including carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, and other multi-trade tasks Responsive and planned maintenance works Working across occupied and void properties Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Delivering excellent customer service whilst on site Adhering to all health and safety procedures What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have: Proven experience as a Painter Decorator within a maintenance environment Multi-skilled maintenance experience across additional trades E...
