Based in our modern office, you will lead a team focused on delivering specialist technology recruitment solutions across the Automotive Technology sector. Due to continued investment and market opportunity, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead an established team of consultants while maintaining your own successful contract recruitment desk. This is an opportunity to shape the future direction of the team, drive performance, win new business and expand our presence across the automotive technology landscape. You will join a collaborative leadership team, influence office strategy and play a key role in developing both people and market growth.
The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Technology division in Milton Keynes, leading a team of four consultants while specialising in Automotive Technology contract recruitment. You will recruit professionals across Data, Cloud, Software Development and Projects and Change into some of the UK's leading automotive and mobility organisations. Alongside your management responsibilities, you will continue to operate a successful 360 contract desk, building long-term partnerships and delivering strong outcomes for clients and candidates.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of four recruitment consultants to achieve individual and team targets
- Source, interview and place high-quality technology professionals into contract opportunities across the automotive sector
- Partner with new and existing clients through business development activity to grow market share
- Manage complex recruitment processes and strategic client relationships
- Develop specialist market expertise across Data, Cloud, Software Development and Projects and Change
- Take accountability for team performance, desk profitability and growth objectives
- Contribute to office strategy, leadership initiatives and the future direction of the business

Who are we looking for? You will be ambitious, commercially driven and passionate about developing people. This role is not just about what you have achieved, but your ability to inspire others to achieve more.
Previous experience as a Recruitment Manager, Managing Consultant, Principal Consultant or Senior Consultant within Technology or a comparable specialist market.
Strong leadership and coaching capability with a passion for developing high-performing teams.
Proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation.
Customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive profitable outcomes.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Able to develop new business relationships through client meetings, networking and market engagement.
