Location: Mansfield
Rate: £41.25 per hour umbrella PAYE
Start: Ideally 1st September Interviews: Available tomorrow or Friday
Essential
- Project Manager / Construction Manager background
- Strong M&E experience
- Client/customer-facing experience
- DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS
Desirable
- Healthcare project experience (preferred but not essential)
- Exposure to design coordination and drawings
- Small works/project delivery experience within live environments
Project
- Small works programme
- Candidate must be comfortable working in a live healthcare environment and liaising with stakeholders.
