We are recruiting a Data Entry Administrator to join a busy International Student Admissions team in Central Manchester. This is a temporary ongoing assignment, initially until the end of October, with the potential to be extended.
Key Duties:
- Accurate data entry and record management
- Managing and triaging queries through shared inboxes
- Processing admissions-related information
- Responding to routine enquiries and escalating where required
- General administrative support to the admissions team
- Requirements:
- Previous administration and data entry experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing busy inboxes desirable
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office
- Thursday office attendance is mandatory
- Attendance required during Welcome Week and Student Recruitment Days
