We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to work across a busy commercial property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled plumber with a strong background in reactive and planned maintenance.
Initially 12 weeks then week by week to cover long term sick.
Your new role
- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks and plumbing faults
- Repairing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks and associated sanitary ware
- Unblocking sinks, toilets and waste pipework
- Repairing and replacing pipework, valves and fittings
- Completing general plumbing repairs throughout commercial premises
- Identifying faults and carrying out appropriate remedial works
- Responding efficiently to maintenance requests
- Working independently and alongside other maintenance trades
- Ensuring work areas are left clean, tidy and safe
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Plumber
- Experience within commercial buildings, facilities management or property maintenance preferred
- Recognised plumbing qualification such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent desirable
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
