Temporary Personal Assistant (PA)
Location: Oxford Road, Manchester City Centre
Rate: £15.67 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Temporary, 1 month initially with potential extension
Start Date: ASAP
A leading university in Manchester is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within a busy department.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
- Preparing agendas, minutes and reports
- Handling confidential correspondence and enquiries
- Organising events, travel and hospitality arrangements
- Providing professional administrative support to senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Previous PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong diary management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected university on an immediate-start basis, with the possibility of the role extending beyond the initial contract.
