Hays are recruiting on behalf of an established housing association in Manchester for a Neighbourhood Officer for an initial 3-month period. Full time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week. A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle and business insurance are essential. Immediate start available!
Your new role
- Delivering a high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service, acting as a visible presence across local communities.
- Managing a defined patch.

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in tenancy management, including arrears, ASB and legal processes.
- Confidence carrying out home visits, inspections and risk-based tenancy reviews.

- Skilled in multi-agency working and partnership building.
