As an Administrator, you will provide an efficient and professional service to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for processing information, managing correspondence and supporting casework while ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
Your new role
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers via telephone and email.
- Process incoming correspondence and assist with administrative casework.
- Accurately input, update and maintain information on internal databases.
- Produce clear, concise and accurate written correspondence.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, maintaining high standards of information security and data protection.
- Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet agreed targets, deadlines and SLAs.
- Work independently while following established policies, procedures and quality standards.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administration experience
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of accurate data entry and processing information.
- An understanding of data protection, confidentiality and information security.
- The ability to follow established processes and work to defined timescales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and factual correspondence.
- The ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise competing priorities effectively.
- Confidence in working independently and taking responsibility for your own workload.
