Your new role As an M A Transactions Tax Manager, you will play a key role in advising clients throughout the deal life cycle. You'll work on a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing tax due diligence, identifying transaction risks and opportunities, advising on deal structures and supporting clients through complex acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations.
