Multi-Trade Carpenter

Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team carrying out repairs and maintenance works across residential properties.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking long-term, ongoing work with a well-established contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a variety of carpentry repairs and maintenance works
- Installing and repairing doors, frames, locks and kitchen units
- Completing general multi-trade repairs including basic plumbing, tiling and patch plastering
- Working in occupied and void properties
- Delivering high-quality expertise and excellent customer service
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry and general maintenance
- Ability to carry out work across multiple trades
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach
