Senior Business Analyst - Insurance / Healthcare, Partnerships, Process
Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
6 - 9 months
My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s) and demonstrable experience working on Partnerships, 3rd Party relationships and operational processes, having worked in Agile and Product Operating Model environments.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong and recent track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)
- Demonstrable experience of working on Mobilising commercial Partnerships with external 3rd Parties, with focus on commercial growth / revenue growth
- Previous experience of working in Agile and Product Operating Model environments
- Change delivery and operational process (LEAN, Agile etc) expertise
- Ability to use a range of business modelling and solution design approaches to create clarity and simplified views of complex business and commercial realities
- Track record of End-to-End Project Delivery experience
- Proven experience of working closely with key Technology and Business stakeholders including Product Owners, Solutions Architects and Development Managers (internal and external 3rd Party)
- Outstanding communication skills and style
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working (including possible travel to other sites across the UK)
- Immediate availability to start
Nice to have:
- Previous experience of working on eCommerce / Digital Projects within the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)
- Lean Six Sigma / Agile certification (or equivalent)
