You will be supporting the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) on a short-term contract engagement, providing specialist Service Now consultancy expertise within an established Service Now environment.
Your new role
As a Senior Service Now Technical Consultant, you will deliver technical consultancy across Service Now ITSM and ITOM modules, supporting platform enhancements and backlog reduction activities.
You will work closely with architects and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes while ensuring the Service Now platform remains effective and optimised.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Service Now technical consultancy across ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Support backlog reduction and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Develop, configure and customise Service Now solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects and client stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Essential skills and experience
- Strong Service Now development and configuration experience.
- Proven expertise within Service Now ITSM environments.
- Experience working within Service Now ITOM environments.
- Service Now platform customisation and workflow development experience.
- Active SC Clearance.
Desirable skills and experience
- Previous public sector experience.
