Your New Role
As an Organisational Change & Communications Analyst, you will support change management and communications activities across a large-scale transformation programme. You will work with stakeholders across business, HR, product and programme teams to ensure successful adoption of technology and process changes.Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and supporting organisational change and communications plans.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
- Creating clear and engaging communications for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Assessing change impacts and supporting engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with programme, HR, product and business teams.
- Supporting value realisation and adoption activities.
- Ensuring change activities align with programme objectives.
- Supporting delivery of technology and product-related transformation initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Proven experience in organisational change management.
- Experience developing and delivering change and communications plans.
- Background supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working within HR transformation or technology-enabled HR change.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work across business, technology and programme teams.
- Experience supporting complex organisational change programmes.
