A well-known FMCG organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on an interim basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.This is a hands-on recruitment role, supporting hiring managers across a fast-paced and evolving business. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to attract and secure high-quality talent across a range of functions.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insight
- Source, attract and engage high-calibre candidates through multiple channels
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer processes
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience recruiting across operations, manufacturing and/or engineering environments is highly desirable, although not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous and will help enable a smooth onboarding process
- Can start a new role immediately and can work from the London office 3 days per week in a hybrid manner.
