Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and turning strategy into reality?A leading global brand is seeking an experienced Employee Experience (EX) Programme Lead to drive the delivery of a company-wide employee experience framework across a highly complex, matrixed environment.This is a unique opportunity to shape how employees experience work by bringing together transformation, people strategy, service design and programme delivery to create meaningful, measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle.The OpportunitySitting in the HR team and working closely with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for embedding an employee experience methodology, establishing governance and creating a clear roadmap that aligns existing people, transformation and business programmes.Rather than building new initiatives, you'll help ensure existing activity is connected, prioritised and focused on delivering a consistently excellent employee experience.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational implementation of an employee experience framework and methodology across the organisation.
- Develop and manage a 12-24 month EX roadmap, aligning priorities, dependencies and improvement initiatives.
- Establish governance, reporting and prioritisation processes to drive accountability and delivery.
- Partner with senior HR, transformation, product and business leaders to build alignment and define ownership.
- Use employee insight, listening data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive consistent employee journey assessment, mapping, design and continuous enhancement.
- Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to embed best practice and sustainable ways of working.
About You
We're looking for an experienced EX, HR Transformation or HR Service Design professional who can confidently operate at both strategic and operational levels.
You'll bring:
- Proven Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, HR Transformation or Customer Experience expertise.
- Strong experience of employee journey mapping and experience improvement programmes.
- A track record of developing and embedding EX frameworks, governance models and roadmaps.
- Excellent programme and project management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
- Experience applying service design, human-centred design and continuous improvement methodologies.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress within a large, complex organisation.
You will be available to start a new role on short notice and can commit to working for a 3 month + duration in a hybrid manner from the central London office.
