IAM Engineer - Transport, Okta, IAM
£market rate (Inside IR35)
Remote - must be UK based

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to support a major technology transformation, taking ownership of Okta discovery, architecture, design and remediation activities across a key project.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience as an IAM Engineer / Okta SME
- Strong expertise in Okta, including discovery, current-state assessment, architecture and solution design
- Experience identifying and remediating security, access and integration gaps
- Proven experience integrating Okta within complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices
- Experience working across Azure, infrastructure, security and architecture teams
- Previous experience within rail, transportation or wider infrastructure environments desirable
Nice to have
- Previous experience supporting AI, Data & AI or AI-enabled transformation programmes
- Experience supporting IAM across Azure or cloud transformation programmes
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint or CyberArk
- Experience within complex, highly regulated or safety-critical environments
