Your New Role
This is an exciting new role with the opportunity to join a growing and innovative HR team. As a Success Factors HR Analyst, you will play a critical role in embedding HRIS Success Factors globally, and support local implementation.Key areas of responsibility include:
- Responsible for workforce analytics and insights, technology and process improvement, data governance and quality and strategic workforce planning support.
- Lead workforce analytics, reporting and dashboard development through SuccessFactors, providing insights to support strategic and executive decision-making.
- Produce workforce metrics, KPI reporting and Board-level insights on trends including attrition, recruitment, talent and organisational effectiveness.
- Drive data governance, ensuring workforce data accuracy, quality and a single source of truth across systems and regions.
- Enhance HR processes and reporting capabilities through SuccessFactors and self-service solutions.
What You'll Need To Succeed
You'll have strong analytical skills and be confident in Success Factors with a proven track record. You'll enjoy creating dashboards and management reports, and have a good understanding of workforce metrics and reporting methodologies using SuccessFactors. You'll be confident partnering and communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting data-led insights. Having a data-driven approach with problem-solving ability is necessary to converting these insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Attention to detail must be high for accuracy and high-quality performance. You'll be proficient in Excel and Power BI.
