Your new role
Taking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis the commercial and residential asset class.
Duties include:
- Fund accounting for companies leading fund
- NAV calculation
- Reporting to CFO
- Monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentation
- Manage the year-end process including audit liaison
- FCA compliance reports
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified or part qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of fund accounting or real estate. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to take a step up, or an attractive position for someone looking for a supportive business with great long term staff retention.
