With their offices in central London, they have recognised the need for an Executive Assistant to join their team in supporting members of their in-house legal function initially on an interim basis.
Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the business, the role will include the following:
- Comprehensive support to the General Counsel - including diary management, travel coordination, and inbox support
- Internal and external meeting coordination
- Events assistance
- Preparation of Board packs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Please note, this is not an exhaustive list and additional duties may arise.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant within the in-house legal function of a private sector business is a necessity for this position.
