We are supporting a National Residential Developer who are looking for a Document Controller to join Phase 2 of their £150M new Build Residential Development project. Reporting to the Information Manager, you'll be providing day-to-day information management and document control support across the project (using 4 Projects).
You will:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation using Viewpoint 4Projects, ensuring accurate filing and version control.
- Distribute drawings, RFIs, technical submissions and project correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor document workflows, tracking reviews, approvals and outstanding actions.
- Maintain document registers and ensure all records comply with project and client procedures.
You will have:
Previous relevant experience with a Developer or Main Contractor on a construction site of £20M or more.
A working knowledge of Viewpoint 4Projects.
