I am currently working with a high-profile client who urgently requires a Desktop Support Analyst to provide first and second-line support within a busy, customer-focused professional services environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support experience.
- Previous experience within a legal, financial or comparable professional services organisation.
- Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
- Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA and Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of macOS, iOS and multifunction printing solutions.
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket, knowledge and asset management.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and meeting room technology.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with iManage or a similar document management system.
- Knowledge of Mimecast, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Nexthink.
- ITIL Foundation or relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Experience supporting a large user base across multiple offices.
