I'm currently working with a leading organisation undergoing a major enterprise-wide transformation and looking for a Business Change Manager with business readiness experience across a large-scale change programme.

Key Requirements

  • Proven Business Readiness Manager, Business Change Manager or transformation lead experience.
  • Strong background delivering readiness activities across large transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, deployment planning and go-live activities.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and business impacts.
  • Experience coordinating business and technology workstreams.
  • Understanding of operational environments and business adoption of change.

Nice to Have

  • Insurance or other regulated industry experience.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, People Soft or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience within operations, customer service, contact centre environments or Learning and Development programmes.
  • Previous project management experience alongside business change/transformation.
  • Ability to travel to Brighton or Manchester offices
