Your new role Looking for a Management Accountant role where you can make a genuine impact?Join a successful and growing business where you'll work closely with senior leaders, delivering meaningful financial insight, supporting commercial decision-making and helping drive performance across multiple divisions. What you'll do Produce monthly management accounts and financial reporting Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Provide commercial insight to operational teams Assist with board reporting, audits and process improvements What you'll need to succeed ACCA/CIMA part-qualified, finalist or qualified Previous management accounts experience Strong analytical and Excel skills Commercially minded with excellent communication skills The role is office-based, so you will need your own transport and be living within a close commute of the Lincoln area What you'll get in return
