We're looking for a Resource Coordinator to join a busy operations team in Lincoln. Whether you've worked in customer service, administration, scheduling, logistics or office support, this role offers the chance to develop valuable planning and coordination skills within a business that genuinely invests in training, development and career progression.
You'll quickly become a key part of the operation, managing schedules, liaising with customers and technicians, resolving issues and helping ensure work is completed efficiently across your allocated area. No previous planning experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career rather than simply find their next job.
What you'll be doing
- Taking ownership of scheduling work within your designated area, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and customer expectations are met.
- Working closely with colleagues, customers and field technicians to keep jobs progressing smoothly whilst responding to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Prioritising work based on urgency and resource availability.
- Coordinating schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- Liaising with customers, technicians and internal teams.
- Responding to schedule changes and resolving issues as they arise.
- Supporting efficient resource planning and deployment.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating systems.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process.
What we're looking for

Full Training Provided
New to planning and scheduling? That's absolutely fine. You'll receive a fully paid week of classroom-based training starting on 19th October, alongside other new starters, before moving into a structured mentoring programme with experienced colleagues. Ongoing support from team leaders and the wider team will ensure you have everything you need to succeed.
Working Hours
This is a 37-hour-per-week position operating on a rota basis. Shifts fall between 6:30am and 9:00pm Monday to Sunday. Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required as part of the rota.
