Your new role

As Organisational Development Transformation Programmes Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of large-scale organisational development and culture change initiatives that support strategic transformation objectives.

Working closely with senior leaders, managers and key stakeholders, you will develop and implement OD frameworks, drive cultural integration, support leadership development and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance organisational performance.

This is a highly visible role requiring strategic thinking, strong programme management capability and the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Significant experience leading organisational development, culture change or transformation programmes within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of organisational development methodologies, change management principles and employee engagement strategies.

  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and provide expert consultancy on organisational change.
  • Strong programme and project management skills with experience delivering multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Experience within healthcare, public sector or similarly complex environments would be advantageous.
