Looking for a Management Accountant role where you can make a genuine impact?Join a successful and growing business where you'll work closely with senior leaders, delivering meaningful financial insight, supporting commercial decision-making and helping drive performance across multiple divisions.
What you'll do
- Produce monthly management accounts and financial reporting
- Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Provide commercial insight to operational teams
- Assist with board reporting, audits and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified, finalist or qualified
- Previous management accounts experience
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- The role is office-based, so you will need your own transport and be living within a close commute of the Lincoln area
