Your new company
We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a busy commercial project based in Leyland.This is a long-term contract offering consistent work for the right candidate. You will be responsible for managing the safe movement of vehicles, deliveries, plant and pedestrians around the site, helping to maintain a safe and organised working environment.
Your new role
- Directing site traffic safely around the project
- Banking vehicles and assisting HGVs and delivery vehicles
- Managing vehicle movements entering and leaving site
- Guiding reversing vehicles into designated areas
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with site management
- Maintaining clear pedestrian and vehicle routes
- Ensuring site access points remain safe and organised
- Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site teams
- Following all site health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general site duties when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction or commercial sites
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Confident communication skills
