Lead OpsRes Architect Long term contracts Inside IR35 Hybrid working Looking for:- Owns end-to-end OpsRes design, governance and operating model. Requires DORA awareness, architecture leadership, service management expertise and executive stakeholder engagement. Ability to work under Clients customers' direction within an existing OpsRes programme, TOM, governance framework and control environment. Practical understanding of Important Business Services, impact tolerances, service chain mapping, scenario testing, resilience risk and regulatory evidence. Clear communication, stakeholder management and ability to translate complex resilience issues into actionable backlog items. Evidence of structured delivery discipline: prioritisation, RACI, RAID, governance reporting, quality assurance and knowledge transfer.
