Labourers Required - Gatwick Airport

Immediate Requirements for October Starts

Location: Gatwick Airport

Shift Pattern: Days 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Premium PAYE or £17.00 per hour Umbrella

Start Date: October 2026

We are currently recruiting experienced Labourers to work on a variety of refurbishment, fit-out and infrastructure projects across Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on high-profile projects within one of the UK's busiest airports.

Duties include:

  • General labouring duties
  • Carrying and moving materials around site
  • Assisting tradespeople and site management teams
  • Breaking down and removing cement
  • Demolition and strip-out works
  • Assisting with fit-out of retail units
  • Supporting refurbishment of airport facilities and infrastructure
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and safe working practices
  • Following all health & safety procedures

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Previous labouring experience (ideally refurbishment, retail fit out, demolition and strip out projects)
  • Full 5-point PPE (Hard Hat, High-Visibility Vest/Jacket, Safety Boots, Safety Gloves, Safety Glasses)
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Able to pass airport security vetting

Successful candidates will require an Airside Pass. The application process will be fully arranged and supported by us. A Basic DBS and 5-year history will be required as part of the process (this could include HMRC / Self-Employment records, Universal Credit and references to cover periods of unemployment).
