Following the launch of a significant operational programme, they are expanding their specialist customer operations team and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your new role: In this job, you will play a key role in supporting employers through every stage of a recognised industry process. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate information and providing professional support and guidance on technical matters. This is a varied position that combines research, investigation and customer engagement. Around half of your time will be spent researching and verifying company information using external resources, while the remainder will be focused on speaking directly with customers to discuss account information, process improvements and outstanding accounts.
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts and records.
- Registering new customers and updating customer information.
- Supporting reporting, assessment and collection activities.
- Delivering outstanding customer service across multiple communication channels (phone, email, Teams).
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and disputes.
What you'll need to succeed: To be successful in this role, you will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be comfortable handling the occasional challenging conversation, resolving problems and taking ownership of customer enquiries through to completion. You'll need to be IT literate and confident with customer databases, Excel, Outlook and Word.
