JOB HOURS: 8.30 - 4.30 (Mon to Thurs) and 8.30 - 4 (Fri) with 30 mins for lunch
JOB WORKING: Flexibility to work from home 1 day per week

Our client is a wonderful, purpose-driven and practical charity that delivers impactful work and is supported by a dedicated network of committed staff and volunteers. This is a unique opportunity to join their small Ipswich team, particularly to support the CEO and the Trustees.
Your new role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO and Trustees, your job will be to provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support at executive level, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities and governance processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating executive diaries, meetings and annual schedules
* Preparing professional documentation, reports, correspondence and meeting papers
* Taking accurate minutes and tracking actions through to completion
* Managing executive-level communications and correspondence
* Maintaining records, files and important organisational documentation
* Working closely with colleagues and volunteers to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organisation
* Supporting the leadership team with planning and administrative activities

What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or Office Support position
* Strong experience managing diaries, meetings and senior stakeholder communications
* Proven ability to prepare professional documents, reports and meeting minutes to a high standard
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands
* Strong written communication skills and high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel
* The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
* A professional, proactive and highly organised approach
Experience supporting senior executives, directors, trustees or leadership teams would be particularly advantageous.
