Your new role As Interim School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, taking responsibility for the school's business functions.Duties will include: Managing the school's budget and providing financial reports Monitoring income and expenditure and supporting financial planning Leading on procurement and contract management Overseeing HR administration, recruitment and personnel matters Managing premises, health and safety, facilities and compliance Supporting the leadership team with strategic operational planning Liaising with external stakeholders, suppliers and the local authority where required Ensuring school policies and processes remain compliant and effective What you'll need to succeed
