Your New Role As an In-House Paralegal, you will provide legal and commercial support across a wide range of business activities, with a particular focus on commercial contracts and contract life cycle management. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), software licence agreements, service agreements, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
