Hays Education is recruiting Behaviour Support Assistants to work in secondary schools across Huddersfield and Batley. These are long-term opportunities supporting students who may require additional guidance, encouragement, and positive role models to help them succeed in school.

The RoleWorking as a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students both inside and outside the classroom
- Help pupils remain engaged with learning
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral teams
- De-escalate challenging situations
- Encourage positive behaviour and attendance
- Build trust and confidence with young people
