The role has been created to provide additional support with an employee relations casework backlog following a period of staff absence. The Role Working closely with the HR team and operational managers, you will provide a professional and pragmatic HR advisory service across a broad range of employee relations matters. You will be responsible for managing your own casework, ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with current UK employment legislation and company policy. Key responsibilities will include: Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and capability matters. Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. Supporting investigations, hearings and formal meetings.
