Your new role As a Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will play a key role within the Litigation and Housing Team, managing a varied caseload of housing and litigation matters while providing supervision and support to junior colleagues. The role will have a particular focus on public sector housing law, including advising on housing policies and procedures, conducting and overseeing housing-related litigation, and providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders. Alongside housing matters, you will have the opportunity to develop experience across a wider range of legal disciplines, including: Civil and commercial litigation Property litigation Local government law Public law and judicial review Education law
