Your new role You will be responsible for leading the management reporting function, delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decision-making, driving reporting transformation and ensuring strong financial control across a complex multi-site organisation. The role combines technical accounting expertise, commercial analysis and stakeholder management, with responsibility for developing a high-performing finance team and supporting executive-level reporting. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience gained within a complex organisation.
