Job Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our Logistics Warehouse. We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and ideally previous logistics experience. The successful candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meet performance targets, prioritise workloads to achieve SLAs, and communicate confidently with colleagues and stakeholders.
Location: Hatfield (AL10 9TW)
Rate: £13.45 per hour (PAYE) OR £17.45 per hour (via a Hays Approved Umbrella Company), in-scope IR35
Contract Length: Up to 30 Nov 2026
Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Unloading / Loading vehicles.
- Scanning using a handheld scanner.
- Picking from an automated warehouse.
- Packing ensuring correct labels are securely attached.
