Oxford | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home) | Β£27,000 + 10% Bonus | Temp-to-Perm
Your new company
I am delighted to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing and innovative organisation that works with some of the UK's leading businesses. Renowned for its collaborative culture, outstanding training, and clear progression opportunities, they have built a reputation for developing talent and promoting from within.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their friendly and supportive Oxford-based team.
Your new role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting suppliers throughout their onboarding and compliance journey. Acting as the first point of contact, you'll provide guidance via telephone and email, answer queries, build strong relationships, and help customers navigate the accreditation process.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where outbound calling forms a significant part of the role. You will be responsible for proactively contacting customers, chasing documentation, resolving queries, and ensuring applications progress efficiently. The role includes making approximately 40-50 outbound calls per day, so it is important that you are comfortable spending a large proportion of your day on the telephone whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.
This graduate position is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis and will provide an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing and successful organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity has been designed specifically for recent graduates looking to launch a successful career within a growing commercial organisation.
To be considered, you must be both a university graduate and available to start immediately or be on no more than one week's notice, as the role will begin on a temporary basis with the intention of becoming permanent. You'll be confident communicating with customers over the phone and via email, enjoy building relationships, and be comfortable working towards individual and team targets.
Experience gained through customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, internships, work placements, or other customer-facing environments would be highly beneficial in addition to your education history. Most importantly, you'll be resilient, proactive, organised, and motivated by working in a target-driven environment where your efforts directly contribute to business success. If you are not a graduate, your application at this stage will not be considered.
What you'll get in return
In return, you'll join a business that genuinely invests in its people in a graduate role. You'll benefit from a hybrid working model of two days in the office and three days working from home, comprehensive training, ongoing development opportunities, and a clear pathway for career progression within a successful and growing organisation.
