Your New Company A well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing kitchen upgrade programme in Preston.
Your New Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a kitchen replacement scheme within occupied social housing properties.
Working closely with subcontractors, residents, and the wider project team, you will ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key duties will include: Managing all site activities and subcontractors Monitoring programme and ensuring project milestones are achieved Maintaining high health and safety standards Conducting site inspections and quality checks Liaising with tenants and client representatives Managing site paperwork, reports, and RAMS Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the refurbishment programme What You'll Need to Succeed Previous experience managing social housing refurbishment projects Demonstrable experience delivering kitchen replacement programmes SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Strong understanding of health and safety legislation Excellent communication and resident liaison skills Ability to manage multipl...
