A leading international organisation to appoint a Sourcing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a procurement professional looking to take ownership of global supplier relationships, strategic sourcing projects and commercial negotiations within a fast-paced, international environment.
Working closely with Sales, Operations and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for sourcing new suppliers, managing established vendor partnerships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through a resilient and cost-effective supply chain.
Your new role
- Manage and develop strategic supplier relationships across Europe and Asia.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing reviews and supplier agreements.
- Source and evaluate new manufacturing and supply partners.
- Support RFQs, tenders and new business opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost and delivery KPIs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain improvements.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity of supply.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives and customer requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supplier Management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturing environments.
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Knowledge of import/export processes and global supply chains is advantageous.
- CIPS qualification, or working towards, would be desirable.
- Able to travel internationally on occasion.
