Finance Transformation Manager - ERP Lead

Your new company A major public sector organisation is delivering one of the UK's largest ERP transformation programmes. The programme will introduce a new Oracle ERP platform alongside a significant HR systems transformation. Having completed the initial design phase, the programme is now entering local design and implementation, with a planned go-live date of February 2028. Your new role As the ERP Finance Process Lead, you will take ownership of Project Accounting within the wider ERP implementation, acting as the finance lead for this critical workstream. Working within the central finance function, you will partner with programme leadership, finance stakeholders, subject matter experts and business change teams to shape and deliver the future-state Project Accounting model. You will provide specialist expertise across project accounting processes, including project ledgers, budgeting, forecasting, income recognition, reporting, controls and data requirements. The role will involve translating business requirements into practical finance process and system designs, supporting key design decisions, identifying risks and ensuring successful delivery throughout the programme lifecycle.
